1.2. Contents of adjustment and adjustment of the PDP
– Update DT.285B according to the urban planning of Pho Moi, the construction project of National Highway 17 under construction and planning to supplement roads at the location of industrial land areas with symbols CN1, CN5 ; at the same time, adjust the direction of the traffic route bordering the northeast of the industrial land with the symbol CN4 to avoid the current state of the cemetery with the symbol NT2 and ensure the radius of curvature of the road (the investor of the industrial park is responsible for investing in to build the entire system of DT.285B’s aggregate roads passing through the IP).
– Swapping the positions of some functional areas: Operations, service, industry, trees and parking centers, specifically as follows:
+ Move a part of the parking lot area with symbol P3 to the position adjacent to the northwest of the industrial park, and at the same time plan to supplement the parking lot at the location adjacent to the southeast of the industrial park to ensure the service radius. for both phase 1 and phase 2 (the name is adjusted as subdivision 1 and subdivision 2) of the industrial park.
+ Move the land location of the operation and service center to the intersection of DT.285B and National Highway 17 to create architectural space for the intersection area.
+ Adjusting and straightening the route of Hien Luong 4 canal passing through the industrial zone; at the same time, re-planning the area of green land areas to ensure the arrangement of concentrated green land for both subdivisions 1 and 2 of the industrial park.
